How does my delivery work?

Stock items are usually available for delivery within 3 – 7 days. When your order is received, we will contact you via email or telephone to arrange a convenient delivery date. It is also stated on your order confirmation 3 – 7 working days for delivery.

We try to be as flexible as possible, if you have a preferred delivery date you can contact us on 01642 293293 to arrange.

*During recent covid times our operation has been affected by supplier delays and delivery times can be longer than usual. We will contact you to discuss any delays in the delivery process.

 

Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product, or we can collect, incurring a collection charge, and get a full refund or exchange. To arrange a return contact us on 01642 293293 to discuss further.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel an order before shipping you can contact us on 01642 293293 to arrange. A full refund will be issued to the card that the payment was received from.
